Hi, I’m M (She/Her)

The heart behind The Phoenix Doula.

This path found me after the birth of my son, Asher—the most powerful, humbling, and transformative experience of my life. Becoming his mom reignited my purpose and taught me firsthand the beauty, strength, and vulnerability that birth holds. It’s what led me to hold space for others through this sacred transition.

Outside of birthwork, I’m usually chasing joy in the everyday: walking trails with my partner Morgan (he/they), laughing at my two goofy dogs, Meeka and Jax, and soaking in the little moments of stillness and sunlight. I’m a nature girl at heart with a soft spot for wildflowers, rivers, and that golden hour glow. If we’re ever on a walk together, don’t be surprised if I try to guess your zodiac sign—I probably will.

I’m also fiercely committed to equity and justice. I believe birthwork is activism. As a queer person and an ally, I center inclusive, affirming care. Black Lives Matter. Reproductive justice matters. Every birthing person deserves dignity, safety, and joy—no exceptions.

Whether you’re preparing to give birth, navigating postpartum, or just looking for someone to walk with you on this journey, I’m here. With warmth, without judgment, and with deep reverence for your story.
