• Let's Talk First

Before we dive into the sacred work of birth support, let’s start with a simple phone chat.

    Here’s what to expect:

A 15–30 minute phone call to get to know one another

We'll talk about your ideal birth scenario, support preferences, and what matters most to you

You can ask questions, share what you're envisioning, or just feel out the vibe—no pressure.

  • After We Talk

I'll respond within 1-2 business days with my availability.

If it turns out I'm not the right match for you or I'm already booked for your due date, I'll gladly recommend a trusted doula.

Should we have a great connection, yes, even over the phone, we can move forward together! The next steps will involve signing some paperwork, scheduling our first prenatal session, and diving into your birth vision and support needs.

  • After We've Both Said Yes

Once we’ve both said yes and signed paperwork, I’ll send over a welcome packet and a short intake form so I can learn even more about your story, your hopes, and your boundaries.

Then we’ll schedule two prenatal sessions:

Our first session is all about your birth vision, your people, and what support actually looks like for you.

The second is more hands-on—we’ll practice comfort techniques, prep your partner if you have one, and make sure you feel grounded in what’s ahead.

I go on-call for you at 38 weeks, which means I’m ready whenever baby is.

  • Here for Everything

I’ll be by your side during labor, holding space, offering support, and helping you advocate every step of the way.

After birth, I’ll stay for a bit to help with that first golden hour, and we’ll reconnect for a postpartum visit once you’re home and settled—to reflect, to decompress, and to make sure you’re not navigating this new chapter alone.
